Studio information

Studio rules and attire

Please NO food or drink in the hallway, or dance rooms - there are designated areas for eating!

 

Please no parents or siblings in the upstairs dance rooms unless invited by an instructor. This is an insurance issue and is for the safety of all! 

All Agreements must be read and agreed upon on the Parent Portal site.  


All students are invited to join a competition team - students will be evaluated for placement on teams.  Any student may decide to participate in a Solo, Duet, or Trio. 


Attire for classes should be dancewear and appropriate dance shoes.  No loose clothing. Hair must be up and back.

Please come to class on time and prepared - hair must be pulled back off neck and face. Clothes should be leotard & tights or booty shorts & dance tank/bra top.
Please make sure your child has all of his/her shoes after every class. We cannot be responsible for misplaced shoes. Put your child's name in all shoes!

 

There is a NO tolerance policy with students involved  with or having on the premises any alcohol, drugs, substances, vapes or conducting themselves or contributing in inappropriate behavior in the studio or at any studio related event - violators will be subject to suspension or expelled as determined by the teachers and/or directors - and will not be refunded any money already paid to the studio.
 

Inappropriate, intimidating or bullying social media posts, texts or pictures occurring during studio time or relating to studio events or directed to or by students or parents will not be tolerated and violators will be subjected to suspension or expelled as determined by the teachers and/or directors - and will not be refunded any money already paid to the studio.
 

Bullying, stealing, violence or any aggressive acts or intimidation will not be tolerated and violators will be subjected to suspension or expelled as determined by the teachers and/or directors - and will not be refunded any money already paid to the studio.
 

The building has surveillance in common areas and we may refer to the footage from time to time, if necessary, however, we will not allow any footage to be viewed at any time, as it is the property of the landlord and at the discretion of the landlord.
 

Please do not interrupt us during class time.  If you need to reach us, please contact the front desk.

Covid-19 Safety 

Do your part to practice good hygiene (wash your hands frequently, don’t touch your face)

If you're not feeling well, please stay home and get well.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.  By visiting our establishment and participating in activities at Beyond Dance - you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
